An online degree in computers/web design, in the shortest time possible?

I would like to get a degree in computers, which would help me if I ever wanted to start an online business. I don’t know exactly what this degree would be called, but I would want something that would teach me html, web design, marketing, and the legalities and so on of running an online business. I would like to find some kind of a school where you can get this whole degree online, and preferably in 1 year or as short as possible.
If there is no such option available, to learn all of that in that amount of time, can you tell me some options? Maybe some personal experiences? Thanks in advance
Besides the business aspect, i learned HTML and web design on my own, it’s honestly not that hard to learn, you can just look up tutorials. HTML is simple compared to some of the more complicated languages you can learn. And, if you actually try hard to learn HTML and Web Design it shouldn’t even take a year.
A “degree” that you got in that short a time would not be worth much. The point of the advanced education is that in the period of time you study, you get to learn a lot. Rushing through it like that you wouldn’t have mastered anything.
Figure out what you want to do, buy books to learn from, find tutorials, and just do it. You need a website to practice on.
